Exceptional Staff and Unique Room Features

I had a great stay where the room included a funky record player that added a personal touch to my experience. The spacious layout and luxurious bathroom amenities, including a bidet and a heated toilet seat, made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, showing friendliness that made me feel valued. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as the service at the restaurant wasn't up to par during my visit.

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown. However, the communication with valet was pretty poor, and my vehicle took forever to arrive. 😕

Our experience at Hotel Saint Louis, Autograph Collection was fantastic! The room was spacious with a king bed, a comfy armchair, and a large bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

Staff went above and beyond to assist us.

Finding parking was a first-time puzzle, as it’s valet only, which isn't ideal if you're used to self-parking. My room had several issues that slipped under the radar, including a broken shower head and missing bathroom knobs, which I didn’t expect for the price. Also, I would have preferred a tub instead of just a shower, especially with my arm injury.

Cool design with nice perks!

The place looks stunning and the vibes are on point! Loved the cool record player in the room and the spa was an awesome treat. Had a bit of trouble with the mobile key though and ended up with a room facing the elevator lobby, which was a bummer. The in-room breakfast was decent, but watch those extra charges!

I enjoyed my stay at Saint Louis, where historic charm met modern comfort. The rooftop pool and beautiful room with unique amenities. I faced some delays with housekeeping that could be improved. Still, a great choice for art lovers like myself.
